Accessibility Statement

Last updated 18 April 2026. Our commitment to making privateaisolutions.org usable for everyone.

Short version. We aim for WCAG 2.1 level AA conformance on privateaisolutions.org. A full audit is pending. If you run into an accessibility barrier, please tell us — we will fix it.

1. Our commitment

Private AI Solutions Oy is committed to making privateaisolutions.org usable for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Our target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at level AA, the standard referenced by the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act.

We also track WCAG 2.2 best practices where they can be adopted without regressing anywhere else.

2. Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. "Partially conformant" means most parts of the site meet the standard, but not every part has been fully audited yet.

A comprehensive third-party or tool-assisted audit is planned. Until that audit is complete, we work on accessibility continuously as part of normal design and development, using tools such as Lighthouse and axe-core and testing with keyboard and screen reader where practical.

3. Known limitations

We are aware of or actively reviewing the following areas. This list will be updated as the audit progresses:

  • A comprehensive end-to-end audit with screen-reader testing across all pages is planned before public launch. Individual pages have been checked with keyboard and ARIA review, but not systematically exercised with every major assistive-technology combination.
  • Finnish and Swedish language versions of the site are scaffolded but the content is not yet translated; readers who rely on these languages should use a browser translation tool until translations are published.

If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please let us know (see below). We treat accessibility reports as priority bug reports.

4. Compatibility

The site is designed to work with recent versions of the major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) on desktop and mobile, and with commonly used assistive technologies including VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, and TalkBack. Older browsers may render correctly but are not actively tested against.

5. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared by the Private AI Solutions team based on a self-assessment of the site. It was most recently reviewed on 18 April 2026. It will be updated when the site changes materially, when the planned audit is complete, or at least annually.

6. Feedback and contact

If you find something on the Site that is difficult or impossible to use because of a disability, please tell us. We aim to reply within 14 days.

  • Email: matti@privateaisolutions.org
  • Please include the page URL, the barrier you encountered, and — if possible — the browser and assistive technology you were using.

7. Enforcement procedure

If you send us accessibility feedback and are not satisfied with the response, or if you do not receive a response within 14 days, you may contact the Regional State Administrative Agency for Southern Finland (Etelä-Suomen aluehallintovirasto), which supervises digital accessibility in Finland.

This statement is a working draft. It will be updated after the planned accessibility audit and reviewed by legal counsel before public launch.
