1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using privateaisolutions.org (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

The Site is operated by Private AI Solutions Oy ("Private AI Solutions", "we", "us"), a Finnish limited liability company. Business ID (Y-tunnus): 3600880-5. Registered office: Lieto, Finland.

The Site is informational. It does not offer accounts, purchases, or downloads of software directly. Our products are licensed under separate agreements — those agreements, not these Terms, govern the use of the products themselves.

3. Permitted use

You may access the Site for personal or business informational purposes. You agree not to:

• use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure;
• scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the Site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or infringes our intellectual property rights;
• use any content from the Site to train machine-learning models without our prior written consent.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, illustrations, logos, the "PAIS Aperture" brand mark, the "Private AI Solutions" wordmark, and all associated design elements — is owned by or licensed to Private AI Solutions Oy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may quote short excerpts for normal editorial or commentary purposes with attribution. All other reproduction, redistribution, or adaptation requires our prior written consent.

5. Third-party links and references

The Site may link to third-party websites or reference third-party products, services, or regulatory texts for convenience. We do not control those resources and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate but do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or up-to-date at any given moment.

Information on the Site about regulatory topics such as the EU AI Act or GDPR is provided for general orientation and is not legal advice. Consult qualified counsel for your specific situation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Private AI Solutions Oy, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Finnish law, including consumer protection legislation where applicable.

8. Product information is not an offer

Descriptions of products, features, pricing, and availability on the Site are marketing information and are subject to change. They do not constitute a binding offer. Binding commercial terms are set out in the applicable product agreement signed between Private AI Solutions Oy and the customer.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by the courts of Finland, with the Varsinais-Suomi District Court (Varsinais-Suomen käräjäoikeus) in Turku as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer protection law grants you a different venue.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
